99% Humble, 1% Brag
 

First let me just say, we love our community of elite producers! Seriously, y'all rock!

And while we pride ourselves on being 99% humble and 1% brag, I always believe it's important to find reasons to celebrate. And when you're building a business, it's important to celebrate everything from small beginnings (like getting your first BOR) to major accomplishments (like joining the $1M club). 

And let's be honest...sometimes it feels good to brag! 😊👊

1,000 Unicorns 🦄 and Counting! 
 

We're excited to announce that last week the ECLIPS Academy crossed a major milestone for us, having served over 1,000 unicorns! Actually 1,095 to be exact. And we're just getting started.

We're not celebrating numbers for numbers sake, but the fact every one of our 1,095 unicorns represent a believer in the mission we set out to fulfill from the very beginning. Validating our belief that there is a new generation of elite insurance producers who refuse to settle for what seems possible, and who are invested in building lives of exponential influence and abundance. 

So when we brag, we're actually bragging about you!

 
Unicorns (Almost) Everywhere You Look

Our community now stretches all over the country, well almost all over (47 of the 50 states). Where you at South Dakota, Delaware & Rhode Island??? 🤔

Given the demographics of the total insurance producer population in the U.S., it's no surprise that TX, CA, IL (Chicago), NY, and FL lead the way. But we've got love for you too Alaska & Hawaii!

This stat is actually a little depressing to us to be honest. We're not sure if this is just a general reflection of broader industry demographics or if we need to do something different on our end to inspire and empower more of our female producers. We welcome your feedback on that. 

Some of our greatest success stories and the best producers I know are female. We see you Lori, Lindsey, Melissa, Anoushka and Sarah!

And We're Just Getting Started...
 

As our community of the world's most elite group of insurance producers grows, we're getting lots of great feedback for the future on what you would like to see. 

Right now we've got two future courses on the development roadmap covering prospecting and pipeline development (to supplement our Ebook) and how to start your own insurance agency, successfully. 

We've also received interest from some of you on helping the community connect amongst each other. So far we've been careful to balance confidentiality with the sharing of information that will benefit the whole community. Historically we've found that producers tend to be somewhat (i.e. totally) protective of their secrets and rather territorial. I believe this comes from a scarcity mindset, but nonetheless it's true. For those of you in larger agencies, you probably see this among producers in your own office.

Maybe it's a new generation of thought (see NBA stars teaming up), maybe it's the rise of social media or maybe it's just what makes our community so special! You are different! You believe in abundance and you want to connect. So we're exploring ways to make that happen for those interested, yet still keep some level of confidentiality. More to come on that.
