No cost — just five days

The 5-Day AI Producer Challenge

One email. One short video from Leo. One thing to try before you close your laptop. Five days from now you'll have the beginnings of an AI workflow you actually use — built the compliant way, from the start.

Day 1 lands in your inbox the moment you sign up.

Most producers have tried AI. That's not the same as adopting it.

Opening a chat window and asking it to write an email isn't a workflow. It's a party trick. It's why so many producers walk away deciding the whole thing is overhyped.

What's actually separating producers right now isn't talent or tenure — it's whether there's a repeatable system underneath the work. The proposal that takes an afternoon. The prospect call you walk into blind. The renewal that gets prepped the night before. Those are workflow problems, and workflow problems have workflow answers.

This challenge gives you five of them, one per day, in the order that makes them stick.

Five days. Five pieces of the system.

Days 1 through 4 have nothing to sell. Just watch, try it once, and come back tomorrow.

1Day One

The 15-minute proposal skeleton

Not the finished document — the structure. Sections, headers, first-draft language: the part that eats your afternoon while you stare at a blank page. Let AI build the skeleton so your time goes to the thinking, not the typing.

Try it today: ask your AI tool to draft a proposal outline for a general business account — sections and placeholder language only, no real client data.
2Day Two

Never prospect cold again

Cold outreach is only cold when you walk in blind. Five minutes of AI research on a prospect's industry — the pressures, the typical exposures, the language they use — and you show up sounding like someone who already gets their world. That's not a script. That's the homework other producers skip.

Try it today: pick one industry you sell into. Ask AI for the top three operational risks businesses in that space are watching this year. Bring one into your next conversation.
3Day Three

The renewal that preps itself

Renewals are where good accounts quietly walk — usually because prep got rushed. Hand AI the structure of a renewal review: the categories to revisit, the questions to ask, the what-changed checklist. You're not automating the advice. You're automating the setup, so your judgment is free for the advice.

Try it today: ask AI to build a renewal-review prep checklist for a commercial account. Save it as your template.
4Day Four

Spot the coverage questions

The sharpest use yet — and it isn't answers. It's questions. Have AI surface the questions worth asking for an account type: the exposures people forget, the gaps that show up at claim time. You bring the judgment. AI makes sure you don't miss the obvious one. And it always ends with proper professional review — that's what protects you and the client.

Try it today: pick an account type. Ask AI for ten questions a sharp producer would ask before binding. Keep the three you don't usually ask.
5Day Five

You've been building a system

A faster proposal skeleton. Warmer prospecting. Renewals that prep themselves. Sharper questions in the room. Notice what that is — it isn't five tricks. It's the start of a system. On Day 5 I'll show you where that system lives, and how producers keep it current as the tools and the rules keep moving.

Day 5 is the only day that asks anything of you. The first four just teach.

How it works

Built to fit into a working producer's day, not to become another thing you're behind on.

One email a day

Short. Written by Leo. Lands each morning for five days, starting the moment you sign up.

One short video

Leo walks the day's move on camera, in well under a minute. Watch it between meetings.

One thing to try

A single concrete action you can run on a live workflow that same day. Do it once. That's the whole ask.

The part nobody else teaches

Speed without defensibility is a liability. Every day of this challenge is built inside a safety standard.

Data hygiene. No client-identifying or carrier-confidential information goes into public AI tools. Ever. You'll use AI for structure, research on public information, and first drafts — not for anything protected.

Your judgment stays yours. AI output is preparation, not advice. You're the licensed professional, and that doesn't change.

Professional review still happens. Anything touching coverage goes through proper professional and E&O review.

A note on what this is. The 5-Day AI Producer Challenge is training. It describes approach and workflow — it is not a guarantee of any particular result, and nothing here is a recommendation of a specific policy, product, or carrier. Consult your own compliance team and E&O carrier for guidance specific to your situation.

Free, five days, and Day 1 arrives immediately. If it isn't useful, one click unsubscribes you — no hard feelings.

From Leo Azar, Chief Training Officer, ECLIPS Academy.

Questions, answered.

Is this really free?

Yes. Five emails, five videos, no card. On Day 5 you'll hear about the ECLIPS Elite Membership — that's the only ask in the whole thing, and you're free to ignore it.

Do I need to already use AI?

No. Day 1 assumes you've never built a workflow with it. If you've dabbled and drifted back to the old way, this is aimed squarely at you.

Which AI tool do I need?

Any general-purpose assistant will do. The challenge teaches the workflow, not a specific vendor — the workflow is what survives when the tools change.

Is using AI compliant for a licensed producer?

Used correctly, yes — and "correctly" is a large part of what this challenge covers. Keep client and carrier-confidential data out of public tools, treat output as preparation rather than advice, and route anything coverage-related through proper professional and E&O review. As always, confirm with your own compliance team.

How much time does each day take?

A short video and one action you can run inside a task you were already doing. It's designed to add nothing to your calendar.

Who is Leo Azar?

Leo is ECLIPS Academy's Chief Training Officer and the voice of the curriculum — an AI-built instructor, disclosed openly. In 2026, an AI instructor teaching producers to work with AI is rather the point.

The divide isn't between who works hard and who doesn't.

It's between the producers building a system and the ones still meaning to get to it. Five days is a short way to find out which one you'd rather be.
