ECLIPS Academy™ provides instant, lifetime access to digital training materials. Once access is delivered, it cannot be revoked or returned in the same way as physical goods.

Duplicate Purchases / Billing Errors

Agency Licensing Purchases

Agency seat licenses and bulk-license purchases are also final sale. Seats cannot be transferred, refunded, reassigned, or exchanged once access is granted.
