Refund Policy

The short version

Every paid ECLIPS Academy product bought directly from our website comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn’t right for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll refund it. You don’t have to explain why, finish the course, or submit anything. Agency and team seat contracts work differently, and that’s covered in Section 2.

1. What’s Covered

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to every paid product purchased directly from ECLIPS Academy by an individual, including:

✓ CPOS — The Commercial Producer Operating System, and any other one-time course purchase
✓ ECLIPS Elite Membership, monthly
✓ ECLIPS Elite Membership, annual
✓ Any future paid digital product or program sold through our website

2. What’s Not Covered

Agency and team seat agreements are non-refundable.

Team, Agency, and Firm seat purchases are contracted engagements invoiced for a defined term. Once seats are activated, the contract is non-refundable and non-cancellable for the remainder of that term. Seat counts, start dates, roster changes, and any credits are governed by your signed agreement or invoice. If you want to try ECLIPS with your team before contracting, the 3-seat, 60-day pilot exists for exactly that purpose, and the pilot fee is credited toward your first annual invoice.

Free products and lead magnets are also outside this policy, since nothing was paid.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase date. Include:

• The email address you used at checkout
• The name of the product you purchased

That’s the whole process. We don’t require a reason, an activity log, or proof that you used the material.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• We process approved requests within 5 business days
• Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the credit
• Access to the refunded product ends when the refund is issued

5. Membership Cancellation

The ECLIPS Elite Membership can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation and refunds are two different things, so here is how each one works.

How to cancel

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to cancel. We’ll confirm in writing.

When it takes effect

Cancelling stops your next billing date. You keep full access through the end of the period you already paid for. We don’t prorate or partially refund a period that’s already underway, unless you’re inside your first 30 days, in which case the guarantee in Section 1 applies instead.

What happens to your access

• Access to the member programs ends when your paid period ends
• Any files you downloaded while you were a member are yours to keep
• Products you bought separately, such as CPOS, are not affected by cancelling the membership
• You can rejoin at any time at the rate then in effect

6. Duplicate and Accidental Charges

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged in error, contact us and we’ll refund it regardless of how much time has passed. The 30-day window does not apply to billing errors.

7. Chargebacks

Please email us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We will almost always resolve it faster, and a chargeback filed without contacting us may result in account access being suspended while the dispute is open.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. The policy that applies to your purchase is the one published on the date you bought.
