Refund Policy & 30-Day Implementation Guarantee

Our Philosophy 

At ECLIPS Academy, we provide proven frameworks used by elite commercial insurance producers. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer "change of mind" refunds. However, we stand behind the effectiveness of our systems for those who put them into practice.

THE 30-DAY IMPLEMENTATION GUARANTEE

If you purchase any individual producer training product and implement the 30-Day Elite Producer Prospecting Block Kit (included in your purchase) for 30 consecutive days without seeing an increase in your meeting bookings or discovery calls, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To be eligible for a refund under the Implementation Guarantee, you must demonstrate that the system was put into practice. Email [email protected] within 35 days of your purchase with:

1.  YOUR 30-DAY PROSPECTING LOG

Evidence of your 10 daily touches as outlined in the 30-Day Elite Producer Prospecting Block Kit. This can be a spreadsheet, CRM export, or handwritten log showing dates, prospects contacted, and outreach method. 

2.  TARGET LIST & INDUSTRIES

The specific industries, niches, or prospect types you targeted using the scripts and frameworks provided. 

3.  BRIEF SUMMARY

A short explanation (3-5 sentences) of what you implemented, what challenges you faced, and why you believe the system didn't work for your specific situation. 

We review every request personally and respond within 5-7 business days. 

PAYMENT PLAN REFUNDS 

If you purchased using a payment plan and request a refund under our Implementation Guarantee: 

• Refunds are issued only for payments already made – We cannot refund money you have not yet paid 

• Unpaid installments are cancelled – Upon refund approval, any remaining scheduled payments will be waived at our discretion 

• Access is revoked – Upon refund approval, your access to all course materials will be immediately revoked 

EXAMPLE: If you selected the 3-payment plan ($349 × 3 = $1,047 total) and have made 2 payments ($698), your refund would be $698 and the final $349 payment would be cancelled. You would not owe the remaining balance. 

AGENCY LICENSE REFUNDS 

Agency licenses (multi-seat purchases for teams) are NON-REFUNDABLE due to: 

• Immediate access granted to multiple users
• Onboarding resources and administrative setup provided
• Materials that can be downloaded and distributed to team members 

14-DAY SATISFACTION REVIEW: 

We offer a 14-day review period for agency licenses. If within 14 days of purchase, you determine the content does not meet your agency's training needs: 

• Contact us at [email protected]
• Explain your concerns and what specifically doesn't meet expectations
• We will work with you to address concerns or provide alternative solutions
• Refunds are granted at our sole discretion based on individual circumstances 

PROCESSING TIMELINE 

Once your implementation evidence is received and verified: 

• Review: 3-5 business days to review your submission
• Approval Notification: Email confirmation of approval or questions if additional information is needed
• Refund Processing: 5-10 business days to process refund to your original payment method
• Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days for your bank to post the credit (depends on your financial institution) 

TOTAL TIMELINE: Approximately 10-20 business days from submission to funds appearing in your account.

By purchasing our digital products, you agree to these refund terms and acknowledge that: 

• Results depend on your implementation, effort, and execution
• Many factors affecting success are outside our control
• We provide education and tools; you provide the professional judgment and work ethic
• This guarantee ensures you have recourse if you genuinely implement the system
