30-Day Implementation Guarantee
ECLIPS Academy stands behind our training with a 30-Day Implementation Guarantee for individual producer purchases of the Producer's Toolkit and Script Pack (not agency licenses or team bundles).
How the Guarantee Works
Step 1: Purchase & Implement
You purchase the Producer's Toolkit or Script Pack and receive immediate access to all materials. You then implement the system for 30 days by using the scripts and frameworks as instructed.
Step 2: Track Your Results
Execute 15-20 prospecting touches per day using the provided templates. Track your pipeline activity, new meetings booked, close rates, and all outcomes in the provided tracking template or your own system.
Step 3: Request Refund (If Needed)
Within 35 days of purchase, if you do NOT see measurable improvement in your prospecting pipeline or activity, you may request a refund by emailing [email protected] with proof of your activity log.
Refund Conditions & Requirements
To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, you must:
- ✓ Be an individual producer (not an agency team or multi-seat license)
- ✓ Have executed the system for at least 30 days with 15-20 prospecting touches per day
- ✓ Have tracked and documented your prospecting activity and outcomes
- ✓ Submit your refund request within 35 days of purchase (not 30 days of implementation start)
- ✓ Provide your activity log showing dates, number of touches, outcomes, and measurable pipeline metrics
Refund Process & Timeline
Upon receipt of your refund request with proper documentation:
- 1 Review: We will review your activity log and verify that you met the implementation requirements (5-7 business days).
- 2 Approval: If approved, you will receive confirmation and refund details via email.
- 3 Processing: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your account access will be revoked upon refund approval.
What Is NOT Refundable
- ✗ Agency or team purchases (multi-seat licenses)
- ✗ Elite System purchases ($997) – covered under separate terms
- ✗ Payments made on installment plans (unless paid in full before the refund request)
- ✗ Requests made after 35 days from the date of purchase
- ✗ Chargebacks or payment disputes filed with your credit card company (unless explicitly approved by ECLIPS Academy)

Results Are Not Guaranteed: This guarantee does not guarantee specific sales results, revenue, deals closed, or pipeline growth. It guarantees that if you do not see measurable improvement in your prospecting activity and pipeline metrics after 30 days of consistent implementation, you can request a refund.
Measurable Improvement Defined: Measurable improvement means: increased prospecting touches (10-20 per day), documented pipeline activity, new meetings booked, improved response rates, or better tracking metrics compared to your baseline before implementing the system.
Success Depends on Effort: Your results depend entirely on your implementation, effort, consistency, market conditions, and professional judgment. ECLIPS Academy provides the training and tools. You provide the execution.
Payment Plans & Refunds
If you purchased on an installment plan (e.g., 3 monthly payments) and request a refund:
- • Refunds are issued only for payments already made
- • Remaining unpaid installments will be cancelled at our discretion
- • Access to all materials will be immediately revoked upon refund approval
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company without first contacting ECLIPS Academy:
- • Your account will be permanently terminated
- • You will forfeit all access to materials and support
- • You may be liable for chargeback fees and legal costs
- • Future purchases may be declined
