After 12+ years in various commercial sales and sales leadership positions for two of the six largest global insurance brokers, Scott saw a need in the industry for elite-level producer training. Producer training was almost non-existent, and the existing options were broken, limited at best to two-week-long "producer schools" and paired with ineffective informal mentoring programs.

With a holy preoccupation for knowledge and a passion for teaching, he set out to create the most advanced and applicable commercial lines producer training on the market today. All the content and solutions taught come directly from the elite 1% of producers who are experiencing exponential success.
